MUSIC MEDITATION
'Listening to calming, rhythmic music can intensify the effects of meditation, but it needs to be done mindfully and with a sense of purpose. Appreciation of silence heightens our appreciation of music , and vice versa. Music meditation is best practised in your home at a quiet time of day, but you can also listen to music through earphones on your way to work or during a walk in the park.
